All orders are shipped from our shop in Kirrawee, NSW via Australia Post and full tracking via email or text is provided.
We don't have full time staff packing your orders like the large retailers do, so we can't guarantee your order will be sent the same day that it is ordered. We will get it out to you as fast as we can by the quickest means possible.
For this reason we don't currently offer Express Post and advise you to expect your parcel within 1-5days, even within in metro areas. If you require your parcel within a certain timeframe please email us or send us a message on Instagram, let us know your time constraint and we'll make special provisions where we can.

We offer international shipping to all countries via Australia Post.
Delivery times usually take between 1 - 2 weeks although if you require Express Freight please send us a message before placing an order and we'll make arrangements to send your parcel via DHL Express.
International customers may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate to the product and shipping cost and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
